No worries at all! It can be hard to find a time that works for both parties and some people don’t love being on camera. We can send you a questionnaire to fill out instead of having to schedule a video call.

Once the interview has taken place (or questionnaire has been returned) and payment has been made, it will take up to 4 business days for you to receive your document.

You are under no obligation to use any of the provided information. Please remember, there are no guarantees that following this advice will secure an interview, as hiring processes are highly subjective and vary widely. Each suggestion we offer is based on successful outcomes observed in practice, professional training, and extensive experience. You have complete freedom to use the guidance in a way that best suits your unique situation and career goals.

At this time, we accept payment via PayPal and e-transfer. Instructions on where to send your e-transfer to will be provided at the time of engagement.

I do! If you are purchasing a package that includes a new résumé, I will be writing it from scratch, using the information from your current document or information gathered from our interview/questionnaire. If you choose the Résumé Review Package, I will provide commentary on the document but will not create a new one for you.

Our services are grounded in Crystal’s expert analysis, aimed at maximizing your interview potential. While we strive for your complete satisfaction, please understand that disagreements over content or opinions expressed during the review process do not warrant a refund. We appreciate your understanding and trust in our professional judgment.

Absolutely! If you’ve purchased the Résumé Review Package and find the feedback challenging to implement, you can easily upgrade to the full Résumé Package. Upgrading after starting with a review does incur an additional $50 fee. This covers the extra effort needed to duplicate some tasks and prepare for a detailed virtual interview or questionnaire. If you anticipate difficulties in updating your résumé following our review, you might consider starting directly with the full Résumé Package to ensure a smoother process.
